The minutes of 9/25/01 were accepted as written, signed and posted to our web page.

A J agreed to oversee moving Atkinson’s stonewall.  Mr. and Mrs. Atkinson are asking for a letter stating what needs to be done.

Garvin Hill Road will be repaired tomorrow.  The money invested in this road far exceeds the cost to pave it.

The new shed is progressing.  The framing is done and shingles removed from the old part.

SUBJECT:  Ray Adams
HIGHLIGHTS:

Mr. Adams is contemplating purchasing Jim Bond’s property to operate a barber shop.  He is asking if the trailer is grandfathered.  The body discussed the zoning requirements of the commercial zone.  Zoning requires two acres to have more than one dwelling unit per lot.  And one-half acre more for each additional dwelling unit.  The property cards shows a trailer assessed in the early eighties.  He was referred to the zoning ordinance for the use of signage.

It is not certain if there has been an inspection of the Luksza property.

The new owner of the Congregational chapel would like an address on Depot Road.  His driveway in on Depot Road but the 911 address is listed on Suncook Valley Road.  The Board agreed to send the numbering person to assign a number on Depot Road.  Judy will tell him to contact the planning board to ask about the use of the property.
